We are currently looking for a Strategy & Business Specialist to join our team

What  you can expect in this role:

The Strategy & Business Specialist will work as a trusted partner to the CEO of Bitfarms, providing essential support in advancing the company’s strategic initiatives. This individual will manage special projects, coordinate and track execution across various departments, lead the preparation of polished presentation decks, assist with high-profile investment pitches, deliver in-depth data analyses to guide decision-making and assist the CEO in the daily administration and ad-hoc projects.

This role requires a high-performing professional who is adaptable, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Working closely with the CEO, the Strategy & Business Specialist will tackle a variety of tasks, gaining firsthand exposure to the dynamic cryptocurrency and Bitcoin mining sectors. This position offers significant opportunities for growth, making it ideal for someone who is organized, data-driven, analytical, and eager to make an impact.

More specifically, here are some of the key responsibilities:

• Work directly with the CEO to support, manage and execute strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Project management and ad-hoc assignments to streamline the CEO’s daily operations.
• Create and maintain detailed financial and market models and analyses to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Create compelling, professional-grade presentations for investors, board members, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of investment pitches, including crafting narratives and compiling supporting data.
• Research industry trends, competitor performance, and emerging opportunities within the cryptocurrency and Bitcoin mining sectors. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for projects and reports. 
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and investment decisions. 
• Assist in daily administration tasks, calendar management, call scheduling,g, and ad-hoc projects.
• Draft executive communications, reports, and internal memos for the CEO.

Here's the profile we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
• An MBA is a great plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to travel.
