We are currently looking for a Senior Strategy & Business Specialist to join our team

What  you can expect in this role:

The Senior Strategy & Business Specialist will work as a trusted partner to the CEO of Bitfarms, providing essential support in advancing the company’s strategic initiatives. This individual will manage special projects, coordinate and track execution across various departments, lead the preparation of polished presentation decks, assist with high-profile investment pitches, deliver in-depth data analyses to guide decision-making and assist the CEO in the daily administration and ad-hoc projects.

This role requires a high-performing professional who is adaptable, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Working closely with the CEO, the Strategy & Business Specialist will tackle a variety of tasks, gaining firsthand exposure to the dynamic cryptocurrency and Bitcoin mining sectors. This position offers significant opportunities for growth, making it ideal for someone who is organized, data-driven, analytical, and eager to make an impact.

More specifically, here are some of the key responsibilities:

• Strategic Execution & Project Management
  • Work directly with the CEO to lead, manage, and execute strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Oversee and track high-priority projects, ensuring alignment across departments and timely execution.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to support long-term strategy. 
• Financial & Market Analysis
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models and market analyses to support data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct business forecasting, performance tracking, and financial analysis to support company growth.
  • Synthesize key operational and financial KPIs to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
• Investor & Board Relations
  • Prepare high-quality investor and board presentations, ensuring data accuracy and strategic messaging.
  • Support fundraising and investor relations, assisting in due diligence and stakeholder communication. 
  • Assist in organizing and managing board meetings, investor calls, and strategic events. 
• Executive Operations & Communications
  • Draft executive-level reports, memos, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO. 
  • Manage CEO’s workflow, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and strategic prioritization. 
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Product, Engineering, and other teams to streamline decision-making. 
  • Oversee logistics for CEO engagements, including travel, speaking events, and stakeholder meetings.

Here's the profile we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. (MBA is a
  plus.)
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate
  finance, or private equity.
• Strong strategic execution and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 
• Advanced financial modeling and data analysis experience. 
• High-level PowerPoint and Excel proficiency for presentations and reports. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience
  interfacing with executives and investors. 
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required. 
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
